1. Processing Time and Rates
Every Vfburljq order is a piece of history in the making, and we treat it as such.
Order Processing: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to perform quality inspections and package your items before they begin their journey.
Peak Seasons (Holidays/New Year): During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee: To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat shipping rate of $2.99 on all orders, regardless of the destination. 2. Estimated Delivery Times
Since your order travels through a specialized global network to reach your doorstep, delivery windows vary by region:

3. Tracking Your Legacy
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Updates: Tracking information typically takes 1–3 business days to sync with the carrier's system after the label is created.
Movement: If the status doesn't change daily, rest assured that your package is safely making its way across the globe.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our international customers, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Vfburljq is not responsible for delays caused by local customs procedures.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
To ensure timely delivery, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately.
Changes: If you need to correct an address or cancel an order, please email service@vfburljq.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order enters the processing stage, it is part of the "Vfburljq Journey" and cannot be modified or cancelled.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Damaged Items: If your commemorative apparel arrives damaged, please send a photo to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost in Transit: If the carrier officially confirms that your package is lost, we will honor our commitment to you by sending a replacement free of charge.
